XBMC green pixelation and sudden stops
After an update I started getting some green pixelation and movies would suddenly stop working, tried playing the same movies from another machine and the same thing was happening with the exception of direct streams, therefore I assumed that the problem was the external Hard Drive, the solution was a simple run of fsck, so I plugged the external drive on a faster machine and run the following command: (make sure sure you unmount the drive before running it)
fsck.ext4 -cDfty -C 0 /dev/sdc1
* The drive is a 1.5 tb, it took about 16 hours to complete.
It found several files corrupted and they were repaired on the process, reconnected to the Raspi and the pixelation was gone.
Getting some logs.
